I love the art style, but my recommendation would be half-hearted at best. The pack feels somewhat incomplete - AND THERE ARE NO BEDS, FOR PETE'S SAKE!The creator is a cool dude - Final Boss Blues, google it. If he'd take the time to invest a couple of hours in updating this set, it'd feel less like a money grab.UPDATED: There are beds now, recommendation changed to positive.. It's a great pack with sprites and tiles that I'm using for my first game. Though, you are EXTREMELY limited as to what you can create with this pack, and mixing tiles from other packs don't seem to fit quite right (due to the very distinct retro look). There are some noticable problems with some tiles being rendered incorrectly (example, green pixels around some corners of tiles), though that just might be me importing it into the game.. Earthbound Graphics............... do I need to say anything else?. The pack is excellent in bringing people back to that certain age of gaming--and I love that. But then we have problems with some of these tiles--chimney's and computers do not work properly and I'm pretty sure I'll have to re do those manually--which honestly I'm upset about. I didn't pay money for a product thatcan't work on it's own. By itself. Other than a few tile problems, I like this pack. I don't necessarily feel it should be 9 bucks--13 countingthe other pack added (which I did). All in all, it's enjoyable yet needs a tune up.. Yeah, this and the second pack that goes with it are what can help make a 16-bit rpg game.. Like the Time Fantasy DLC, please keep in mind you may want to add, mod and everything else inbetween if you want this pack. I love Earthbound; just also keep mindful you way want to buy this on sale with Old School Modern Pack 2 for more sprites that can be added..
